PREGNANCY GLOW FACIAL
Because sometimes that glow doesn't 'just happen'.
Your skin can become more sensitive + reactive during pregnancy therefore everything is carefully considered for this pregnancy safe facial. We use only natural, organic + cruelty free products and position you for comfort.
We begin with a gentle double cleanse before introducing a light cacao facial scrub to encourage a healthy glow. Then unwind and enjoy a soothing face, neck + shoulder massage. A clay mask is then applied + coupled with a relaxing massage to relieve tired feet.
We complete this facial with some soothing rose water spritz + a calming moisturiser

DREAMY SCALP MASSAGE
A twist on my original scalp massage with a few adjustments made to make it pregnancy safe.
Quieten your mind with a restorative massage focusing on the shoulders, neck, face, scalp + hair.
A warm blend of sweet almond oil is poured onto your scalp to deeply nourish and hydrate the hair. Allow yourself to sink into the bed and drift off whilst you enjoy a slow and soothing massage to melt away any worries + tension. This dreamy experience includes jade combing, gentle acupressure + hot mitts to leave you floating on air.

Reiki is safe for you and your baby throughout any stage of your pregnancy.
It's the perfect relaxation treatment + a lovely way to practice breath work.
Traditional Japanese Reiki is an energy healing technique that is used to enhance wellbeing. It's a gentle + natural way to encourage positive energy in + clear away any negativity.
We use crystals throughout this session to amplify the energy + encourage the body's own natural healing ability.
